1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 02 days of delivery for standard, non-customized products, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original packing condition.
- All packaging, accessories, and documents are included.
- The product has not been assembled, altered, or damaged by the customer.
2. Custom-Made Furniture
As most wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, TV units, Coffee Tables, and custom furniture are manufactured according to customer specifications:
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged, or significantly different from the approved design.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery(Please provide 03 photos while assembling the items)
- Defective,
- Incorrect, or
- Significantly different from the description,
Please notify us within 01 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange:
- Repair,
- Replacement,
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 15โ30 business days
- Tabby/Tamara: According to their processing timelines
- Bank Transfer: 10โ15 business days
Shipping(round trip), installation, and assembly charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Stock items may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Custom furniture orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
- Once manufacturing has started, cancellation charges 50% of total amount applicable..
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- All Custom wardrobes
- All Customized beds
- All Made-to-order sofas
- All Bespoke kitchen cabinets
- All Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by customer.
